REFUND POLICY:

Delivery must be accepted on the first attempt. No DOA policy if package delivery is delayed due to Fedex not being able to deliver on the first attempt. If package is not deliverable on the first attempt, our DOA policy is void. Please be available for a delivery in the morning.
We guarantee against DOA (Dead On Arrival). If you see corals that are damaged, and/or losing tissue upon arrival, please take pictures in the bags and send an email immediately to sales@emeraldreefsupply.com. You are eligible for store credit/or refund (minus shipping), if your coral is damaged or DOA. To be eligible for a credit, you must send pictures within 2 hours from when UPS or Fed Ex dropped off the package. Weather delays, acts of god, or UPS/Fed Ex delays are not covered. We will work with you if this rare unfortunate event happens.
